Role Description
Nonceblox is looking for a Sales Executive for our upcoming ventures and programs. Responsibilities include generating new leads, building and managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by selling blockchain products.
Responsibilities:
1.Partner Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential enterprise partners within the Web 3 and EdTech sector.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive enterprise partner acquisition and revenue growth.
2.Intrapreneurial Mindset:
- Foster an intrapreneurial culture within the sales team, encouraging innovative thinking and proactive problem-solving.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and develop creative solutions to address enterprise partners' evolving needs.
3.Consultative Sales Approach:
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of enterprise partners in the Web3 space.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to articulate the value proposition of our Web 3.0-based solutions.
4.Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target enterprises.
- Establish trust and credibility to position NonceEducity as the preferred EdTech partner.
5.Product Knowledge:
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Web 3.0 technology.
- Thoroughly understand our product offerings and actively contribute to the development of new solutions.
6.Custom Solutions:
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions based on the unique requirements of enterprise partners.
- Lead intrapreneurial initiatives that drive product innovation and address emerging market needs.
7.Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to enterprise partners.
- Create detailed proposals outlining the features, benefits, and ROI of our EdTech solutions.
8.Sales Metrics and Reporting:
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
9.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- Act as a bridge between enterprise partners and internal teams to drive collaborative initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the Web 3 sector.
- Strong understanding of Web 3.0 technologies and their applications in education, finance, banking, etc.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- a passion for driving innovation and pushing the boundaries of traditional sales approaches.
Education and Experience:
- degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- successful sales experience, preferably in the EdTech sector.
- Familiarity with blockchain and decentralized technologies is a must.
