1. AP job description:
- Assist to prepare RCS payment for employee in factory monthly on time and accurately.
- Assist to prepare and proceed payment for purchasing
- Packaging material (Receive documents from other departments Arrange follow Scope of document Proceed or Reject with feedback).
- Assist to prepare VAT input report for AP Packaging material and RCS monthly
- Support to Check, save soft e-invoice file and book AP invoices from Procurement
- Assist to input Payment form on HSBC net for each payment for vendor Packaging material saved draff on system.
- Assist to input outgoing payment on SAP. (Payment vouchers (PV) are saved as draft on SAP. On the date of releasing payment, add the approved PV).
- Follow to get local FM signature on Payment voucher
- Scan, rename file, review scan file and upload payment documents on Share Point

2. AR job description:
- Support to input cash in (only GT channel and other incoming money)
- Support to check and input sales discount monthly
-Assist to received and verify selling document PIC team, Calculate total amount and receive money then transfer to Company's bank account, input on SAP and inform to Leader to Issue E-invoice for waste sale monthly.
- Assist to prepare Balance confirmation letter send to distributors/ IEU/ MT.
- Print out E-invoices, Sales orders/Purchases orders, Delivery orders, WB ticket and other supporting documents (if any).
- Arrange in order E-invoice number and filling to folder
3. Other duties as assigned:
- Assist to provide documents to KPMG, EY, etc. for audit
- Attend the stocktake annually
- Other tasks
