Reporting & Analytics:Monitor sales performance and report regularly to the executive team on progress toward targets.Use data- driven insights to refine business development strategies and improve efficiency.
Leadership & Strategy:Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with Nuoa.io&039;s growth objectives.Lead and mentor the business development team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Sales & Revenue Generation:Oversee the planning and execution of sales initiatives, including sales forecasting and account management.Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth.Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure high- value partnerships.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master&039;s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Experience working in B2B environments, particularly with large enterprises and government agencies.
Knowledge or experience in climate tech or environmental industries is highly preferred
Advanced communication and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenues.
