Ola Hale

• Responsible for day-to-day restaurant operations with responsibilities involving sales, service, staff management and customer handling
• Review, revise and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet the changing needs of restaurant operations
• Ensure restaurant meets monthly sales targets, goals and objectives
• Conduct on-the-job training to motivate and build team members’ skills
• Ensure staff understand and adhere strictly to all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines set by the Company
• Perform regular inventory checks
• Manage staff’ onboarding, performance, conflict and/or discipline matters
• Plan and update staff roster timely
• Other ad-hoc operational duties as and when assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Diploma in Restaurant Operations or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of working experience in similar capacity.

• Able to work independently and take initiatives
• Able to remain calm and composed in a hectic and fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work on weekends, public holidays and shifts.
• Native Vietnamese with an excellent command of English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), POS System and reservation platforms
