● Responsible for day-to-day restaurant operations with responsibilities involving sales, service, staff management and customer handling
● Review, revise and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet the changing needs of restaurant operations
● Ensure restaurant meets monthly sales targets, goals and objectives
● Conduct on-the-job training to motivate and build team members’ skills
● Ensure staff understand and adhere strictly to all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines set by the Company
● Perform regular inventory checks
● Manage staff’ onboarding, performance, conflict and/or discipline matters
● Plan and update staff roster timely
● Other ad-hoc operational duties as and when assigned
