• D&C Documents' control. Record and maintain D&C project files.
• Supporting staff in Dept.
• Make timesheets for all staff (work attendant, OT, motorbike tracking)
• Make payments for all Dept staff and manage the petty cash flow
• Make meeting minutes, reports and translate the documents (if necessary).
• To track the Department's ISO 9001 procedure
• Coordinate with other Depts to ensure smooth progress of administrative work
• Maintain the office equipment and the VSIP's motorcycles at the site office.
• Any other works assigned by D&C Head and/or Board of Directors (BODs).Knowledge :
• Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration.
• 1-2 years in project admin/ admin work.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001.
Skills :
• Must have spoken and written in English
• Ability to plan and organize duties in order to meet targets and objectives.
• Ability to prepare written reports and keep proper documents and records of projects.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
