The Ocean Documentation Staff is in charge of meeting quality standards, providing prompt data entry into internal system, managing shipment documentation and payment procedures in an efficient and effective manner. To ensure the efficient and correct operation of the booking process, employees must adhere to quality guidelines, promptly respond to customer inquiries and complaints, and closely collaborate with relevant departments.

• Receive shipping instructions from shippers and issue HBL to customer
• Update the VGM and MSI on the carrier's system, verify the accuracy of the HBL and MBL, file AMS,ACI and ISF
• Issue debit notes to customer. Check and follow up on carrier telex releases and surrendered MBLs.
• Notify superiors of any irregular issues on time.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the superiors.
• Report to direct superiors as requested.
