1. Collaborate with Stakeholders
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine and improve designs
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD
2. Maintain and Evolve Design Systems and Style Guides
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently

- Provide technical insights and recommendations to optimize the performance and usability of applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve design-related technical issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows
- Develop agile documentation and improve current processes

- Essential: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2. Experience
- Essential: Proven experience (at least 5 years) as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile app design projects
- Strong knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they impact design
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus
- Basic knowledge of back-end technologies and frameworks is a plus- Competitive Salary: 2000$ - 5000$ (based on seniority)
