Job description

• Developing Weverse services
• Participating in code reviews and architecture design
• A proactive, can-do attitude and strong commitment

Job request

• 5+ years of work experience on Backend systems with Java applications to serve large-scale and high-traffic projects.
• Have +6 years of experience in the Java Spring Framework
• Experience in a leadership role will be a big plus
• Experience or strong knowledge of MSA and k8s
• Experience or strong knowledge of one of the databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB
• Understanding & experience in Data structure, Algorithm, Distributed Service, OOP
• Open-minded, honest, and have a positive attitude toward people

It's a big plus if you:

• Have experience in DevOps
• Have experience in Message Queue like Kafka
• Have experience in ELK-stack
• Have experience in Server Architecture Design for handling massive traffic

Welfare and policies

• Salary: Nego (unlimited).
• Working hours: Mon - Fri, check-in from 8-9 am (no later than 9 am), working time at least 8 hours until check-out
• Hybrid Working: 3 days WFO - 2 days WFH, Hybrid mode is being applied up to now (may change depending on the company's expansion/strategy), depending on the team, can go onsite due to urgent project requirements.
• Max 14 months salary/year
• Full salary probation.
• 14 days allowed. Add 1 day after each year.
• Full salary insurance, paid after probation (PVI insurance for yourself + 2 family members).
