At Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon, our special and VIP guests have a special check-in area, don't have to wait and be served light refreshments while sitting and relaxing, which is the Club Floors on 18th floors of the building. Working at this floor, you'll be trained:
•    Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to service manual in Club floors;
•    Do all necessary set-up side work as assigned;
•    Answer any guest questions about the menu;
•    Answer phone calls according to standard by using proper telephone etiquette and within three rings;
•    Sitting guest in right place to meet their request;
•    Assist to ensure club floors area is under smooth operation, including buffet set up, meeting room, business center, and special guest requests;
•    Have knowledge of local areas and be informed at all times about cultural, historical attractions as well as their locations and hours of operation;
•    Provide guest with assistance whenever possible
