Your Opportunities
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the government sector
- Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and customer needs
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies, including MOH, SOHs, central and local project management and the hospitals
- Manage and support local distributors and contractors to ensure alignment with company goals
- Regularly engage with clients and partners to drive satisfaction and retention
- Oversee government project lifecycle from tendering to post-implementation support
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of instruments
- Monitor project performance and take corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with the local regulation requirements and company policies
- Prepare and submit regular instrument project sales reports and forecasts
- Monitor and report on instrument project activities and progress towards targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical devices or diagnostics industry
- Proven track record of sales success with government projects
- Experience working with distributors and contractors is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of the IVD market and government procurement processes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Results-driven and goal-oriented. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
