Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to address people-related issues, offering expertise throughout the talent lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement.
- Support the talent-related aspects of organizational structure changes, integration of talent, etc.
- Articulate the business value of HR initiatives and manage program implementations to minimize disruption.
- Work with business units on workforce planning, developing high-potential employees, succession planning, etc.
- Promote a performance management culture through training, monitoring completion, rating calibration, and performance improvement plans.
- Lead engagement surveys, execute action plans, organize engagement activities, and build relationships with staff to gather feedback and provide support.
- Manage employee relations and disputes, oversee disciplinary processes, and prepare for necessary actions.
- Coordinate with Centers of Excellence to ensure proper implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure timely hiring of the right people for the right roles.
- Partner with the L&D team to develop training plans, monitor execution, and gather feedback for enhancements.
- Collaborate with the C&B team to customize reward solutions, manage salary payments, and oversee headcount and people costs.
- Consult, participate, and support local partners in client-related audits.

Qualification RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Experience: At least 4 years in a similar role within multinational companies, preferably in the heathcare sector. Strong knowledge of HR processes and performance management.
- Competencies: Expertise in HR business partnering, stakeholder management, and handling complexity.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and independently. Strong influencing skills across all levels. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
- Other Requirements: Proactive approach, ability to respectfully challenge the status quo, a "can do" attitude, teamwork, prioritization, and time management skills.
