I. Job Overview
This position is responsible for the end-to-end day-to-day operational execution for the international cross border e-Commerce products as well as co-ordinate with internal/external stakeholders/ third parties to maintain hyper care and the operational excellent all the time to all customers of SEKO Vietnam.
II. Roles and Responsibilities
• Responsible and co-ordinate with head of products, Customer Service (CS) team and stakeholders to create a lean end-to-end operational process for the international cross border e-Commerce products.
• Responsible and co-ordinate with the stakeholders/third parties to execute a day-to-day operation tasks such as the Omni parcel system update, pick-up planning/ shipments processing at parcel level i.e. counting/labelling/ scanning, consolidating...etc. at warehouse/airport as well as co-ordinate with stakeholders/ 3rd parties to get e-commerce shipments/parcels completed the customs formality and uplifted onto the aircraft timely and safety.
• Responsible for the new customer on-boarding smoothly with support from CS and regional teams.
• Engage customers and provide customer service, track, and trace.
• Proactive action for problem solving and/or raise it to higher managers timely for proper support.
• Daily / weekly reporting to head of product/ project lead for shipments progress/ milestones and pending issues if any.
• Handle additional tasks assigned by direct Manager or functional team.

III. Education and Experience requirements
• Bachelor’s degree holder in Global Supply Chain, Logistics or Transportation is preferred.
• Minimum 02 years’ experience in similar roles or industry ( Cross-border E.com, Express)
• Good understanding and experience in the operation process and operation execution for the international cross-border e-Commerce products (B2C, C2C).
• Good Project management and stakeholder management skills.
