CRIF Vietnam is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Hanoi. This role involves driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting CRIF’s innovative credit risk management, business information, and decisioning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of financial services, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Vietnam.

• Identify new business opportunities and create tailored solutions for potential clients.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing value-driven solutions.

3. Market Analysis and Business Development:

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• Lead efforts in expanding CRIF’s presence and market share in Vietnam.

4. Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve goals.

• Set objectives, provide regular feedback, and foster a high-performing sales culture.

5. Collaboration and Reporting:

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or related industries.

• Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving/exceeding sales targets.

• Strong understanding of credit risk management, decisioning solutions, or business information services is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Results-oriented, with a proactive and strategic approach to sales.

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
