We are looking for an experienced AI/LLM Researcher to join our Spartan Team, who is passionate about building, testing, and working closely with various stakeholders to deliver top-notch software. You will be able to solve challenging problems, work with the latest tech stack, and work with talented engineers to contribute meaningfully.

Responsibilities:

• Drive innovative R&D roadmap on GenerativeAI to build zero-to-billion startups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge NLP technologies into our products and services
• Keep updated on the latest advancements in AI and apply this knowledge to improve AI pipelines in our products
• Both collaborative and independent research SOTA AI techniques about LLM, RAG, and Multimodal generation.
• Publish research findings in top-tier journals and conferences.

What we'll love about you:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Master by Research or PhD in NLP/Multimodal is preferred
• At least 2 YOEs in NLP/AI with extensive experience and familiarity with the latest advancements in LLMs and RAG
• Deep understanding about Transformer, RAG pipeline, AI data flow
• The ability to read and apply scientific papers and publications.
• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, and experience with NLP&RAG libraries and frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, Sklearn, Pytorch, LangChain, llama-index, Autogen, Midjournal and Alternatives).
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in designing, building, and deploying sophisticated NLP systems and models in a real-world environment,
• Showcasing strong technical proficiency, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid coding practices, including writing technical specifications, peer code review
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences and collaborating effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in optimizing model performance and response time.
• Proficiency in English, able to communicate directly with customers
