1. Project Procurement Execution and Management

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction projects.

• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet project deadlines.

• Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and new suppliers.

• Manage procurement documentation, including purchases, orders, and contracts.

• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to align procurement activities with project goals.

2. Risk Management

• Manage risk and propose preventive solutions during the contracting, execution and liquidation.

• Revise and update database, procedure and regulation if necessary.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Foreign Trade, or a related field is preferred.

2. Experience

• At least 5-7 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on construction projects.

• Strong understanding of procurement strategies and supplier management.

3. Required Skills

• Strong understanding of procurement strategies and supplier management.

• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

• Good English communication, specialized in construction materials.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
