This position involves providing scanning services for ClearCorrect’s Clear Aligner customers and Straumann Group's Implant brand customers. The Digital Scanning Specialist will work independently across the Ortho Business Unit (OBU) and the Implant Business Unit (IBU) with excellent communication, support, and digital skills.
The role will mainly focus on Intra-Oral Scanning cases for ClearCorrect and Straumann Group implant customers.
Key Responsibilities – reporting to OBU
• Demonstrate and present Intra-Oral Scanning portfolio, techniques, and use of to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses, and dental assistants.
• Provide digital product education, product consultation to customers, including product presentation and public relation.
• Provide after-sales support.
• Provide digital intra-oral scanning services to dental professional’s patients
• Work closely with customer service and operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support on Straumann Group’s customers who purchased Straumann digital devices.

Requirements: To be successful in the role you will:
• Junior/Senior Dental Technician or Nurse with an education diploma or bachelor's degree, possessing comprehensive knowledge in implant and tooth-borne prosthetics, and proficient in demonstrating both Digital and Analog skills.
• Proficient in Intraoral Scan Software and hardware and optional in dental CAD, experienced in handling digital workflows within dental laboratories and clinics.
• Enthusiastic about digital dental enablers with a genuine passion for helping others. Demonstrates adaptability to various dental clinic environments.
• Excellent learning and communication skills, both verbally and in written form.
• Fluent in Vietnamese to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues. English is a plus.
• Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, providing a seamless experience for all clients.
• Radiates a positive attitude, unwavering dedication, and contagious enthusiasm for the field.
• Exceptional planning abilities, skilled in prioritizing tasks, and consistently meeting deadlines.
• Highly independent and willing to travel domestic.
