Mô Tả Công Việc
- Coordinate with Company's IT team for Installation/ troubleshooting:
• OS Windows / Linux.
• Office365 productivity applications.
• Support install/uninstall software licenses provided by Company.
• Manage and monitor services, network devices, phones, backup devices,...
• Deploy/receive computers based on company’s demand.
• Receive, troubleshoot and fix broken devices, and/or get them warranty / repair.
• By suppliers and follow-up the progress until returned.
- Configuration, security and maintenance of server Window / Ubuntu.
- Liaise with IT team, internal users across the regions and parent company to optimize the processes / improve efficiency and apply into IT procedure.
- Conduct the security best practice training for employees annually.
- Provide training to users on Company’s IT tools & services.
- Daily Reporting to IT Team, Administrator.
- Solve complex performance and other critical problems and architectural challenges.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems
- 1+ years of System Administration or Service Desk support experience is highly preferred.
- Must have experience on Helpdesk Ticketing System (Fresh-service)
- Have good working knowledge of Windows / Linux operating systems.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills along with good verbal and written skills.
- Experience managing service and procurement vendors.
- Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Travel required to another location for support and backup and comply with the location’s working hours.
- Be in charge of other tasks within the service scope as assigned by location manager.
Prefer if candidate have:
- Having knowledge in Cisco network / certificates is a plus.
- Having knowledge in data tools / develop in Python is a plus.
- Intermediate English is a plus.
Personal skills:
- "Cando and will do" attitude with a solution-oriented mindset;
- Open/positive minded and eager to learn.
- Team spirit.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical.
- Be able to break down high level requirements to implement to uses.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
