We are looking for a results-driven Associate Project Manager to lead and deliver white-label or outsourced software projects in an Agile environment. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution and integration. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of software development projects across cross-functional teams, including clients and 3rd-party vendors. 
• Define and maintain project scope, timeline, and resource plans. 
• Coordinate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. 
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and keep stakeholders informed. 
• Track project performance, deliver status reports, presentations, and maintain documentation. 
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, facilitating change control and acceptance. 
• Support new potential projects by preparing proposals, estimations, and delivery plans.

• Project Contract in 12 months

You will have the following skills and experience:   

• 2+ years of managing software projects, with strong communication and risk management skills. 
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies. 
• Proficiency with JIRA, MS Project, or similar project management tools. 
• Experience working directly with customers, vendors, or partners. 
• Detail-oriented, accountable, and goal-driven. 
• Nice to have: 
• Experience managing outsourced or white-label projects. 
• Experience with Loyalty Programs, CRM, E-commerce, or system integration projects. 
• Familiarity with PMBOK standards or holding a project management certification. 

Interview Process: 2 rounds 

• 1st round – with the COO 
• 2nd round – with the CEO
