ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Business Analyst will work on white-label and outsourced SaaS software projects, acting as a key bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and TAPTAP’s clients. This role is responsible for driving projects from requirements through delivery, ensuring solutions meet both business objectives and technical standards.
You will collaborate closely with banking and enterprise stakeholders, as well as cross-functional internal teams, to deliver high-quality digital banking, loyalty, and customer engagement solutions. This is a highly collaborative, results-driven role that requires strong communication skills, proactive risk management, and hands-on problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
And his/her responsibilities:
- Lead and manage business analysis activities for SaaS, banking, and loyalty projects, ensuring clear alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into structured deliverables including BRD, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Develop and maintain business process models (BPMN), workflows, system flows, and integration diagrams.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and business flow diagrams using tools such as Visio, Draw.io, or Visily.
- Prepare and maintain API integration documentation; perform basic API validation and testing using Postman.
- Manage requirements, tasks, and project progress using Jira and Confluence.
- Work closely with product, engineering, QA, and delivery teams in an Agile/Scrum environment across the full software development lifecycle.
- Support UAT planning and execution, conduct user training, and assist with go-live and post-launch activities.
- Create, maintain, and own user manuals, operational guides, and project documentation.
Preferred Domain Expertise
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on SaaS or enterprise software projects, with the ability to independently manage project scope and delivery.
- Strong background in digital banking, fintech, or financial services product implementation.
- Experience working with loyalty platforms, rewards systems, or customer engagement solutions.
- Solid understanding of system integrations, including APIs, CRM, CDP, and Core Banking systems.
- Experience with data reconciliation and data consistency across multiple integrated systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models in multi-stakeholder environments.
