LMSL, the Life Management Science Labs, is an organization aiming to empower people all over the world to transform their lives based on the research by The Institute for Life Management Science (ILMS), which identifies and structures all aspects of human life into a comprehensive architecture.
A recently initiated research project is dedicated to the application of management systems in personal life. A multi-disciplinary research team explores the structure and application of personal administration at individual, couple and family level. The result of the research project is a series of tools, templates, toolkits, publications and training courses content.
LMSL has recently started localization projects in Vietnam, Indonesia and Romania. We're on a mission of expanding our products and services to more people, empowering their changes in life. To help LMSL VN reach and engage the Vietnamese people with more diversified and comprehensive solutions, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to build the leads pipeline effectively.
Your Main Responsibilities Include
Starting date: To be discussed after an interview
Duration: Undetermined period, with 3 months’ probation period
No. of hours: 40h/week
Working schedule: 8:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday
Location: HCMC - District 2 (Hybrid)

Your Main Responsibilities Include
- Conduct research to identify new markets and B2B customer needs;
- Work with Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in territory
- Make outbound calls and send personalized emails to B2B leads/prospects
- Serve as the main point of contact for B2B customers and partners in your pipeline
- Arrange business meetings with prospective B2B clients;
- Present and deliver any information that our B2B prospects are in need of
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting B2B clients objectives;
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines;
- Provide after-sales support;
- Assist challenging customer and partner requests or issue escalations as needed
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting B2B customers and partners relationships.
- Other duties as assigned
- 3-5 years of proven working experience as a solid B2B sales executive or B2B business development executive,
- Proven sales track record;
- Experience in educational sales (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software;
- Proficiency in English;
- Market knowledge;
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to build rapport;
- Time management and planning skills;
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
