The Institute for Life Management Science (ILMS) is a global research organization that aims to establish Life Management Science as an integrative discipline by combining managerial science approaches with social sciences
The KPI Institute is a research institute specializing in business performance. It operates research programs in 12 practice domains, ranging from strategy and KPIs to employee performance, and from customer service to innovation performance. Insights are disseminated through a variety of publications, subscriptions services, and through a knowledge platform available to registered members. Support in deploying these insights in practice is offered through training and advisory services.
Your main responsibilities include:

Duration: Undetermined period, with 3 months’ probation period
No. of hours: Up to 40h/week
Working schedule: During office hours: 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00

Your main responsibilities include:
- Conduct extensive research and in-depth analysis on a variety of topics relevant to children and adolescents aged 3-18, aligning with the assigned center's framework;
- Critically review and evaluate research findings, selecting and adapting information to ensure it is relevant, accurate, and age-appropriate for children and adolescents across the 3-18 age range. This includes considering developmental stages, cognitive abilities, and potential sensitivities when applying research to different age groups;
- Provide research/element directions and research questions to guide Junior Research Analysts in building databases for each research topic;
- Collaborate with team members to ensure research projects are aligned with the overall objectives of the center and contribute to a deeper understanding of the developmental needs and learning processes of children and adolescents;
- Develop Handover Files based on the elements in the assigned Framework following the provided templates and guidelines;
- Analyze data gathered from various research databases to identify key insights and trends related to the assigned research topics within the context of child development and education for ages 3-18;
- Create actionable recommendations for program development, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring that these recommendations are age-appropriate and tailored to the specific needs of children and adolescents.
- Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Humanities fields, Social sciences or other relevant related studies.
- Demonstrates knowledge of child development theories and research methodologies.
- Previous experience in research or analysis roles.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to delve deep into complex topics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Able to work independently, but also a collaborative team player.
- Fluency in written and verbal English is a must.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple research topics.
- Be energetic, entrepreneurial, hardworking, and persistent.
