AEGENDA is a fashion brand that combines art, science, and technology. We are currently seeking a dynamic Operations Specialist to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities

• Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to ensure product availability.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and improve accuracy.
  
  

• Order Fulfillment:
• Oversee the end-to-end order processing, including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
  
  

• Vendor and Supplier Coordination:
• Maintain and update product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Monitor website and marketplace performance, identifying and resolving technical issues.
  
  

• Customer Service Support:
• Assist in resolving order-related issues, including returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  
  

• Process Improvement:
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor product quality and packaging standards to maintain customer satisfaction.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Additional Certifications (Optional but advantageous): E-commerce-related certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify certifications).
• Key Skills and Knowledge:
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify)
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or a related role in the fashion retail industry.
• Proven experience managing inventory, fulfillment, or customer service in an e-commerce setting.

Employment type: External Collaborator/Independent Contractor

Starting date: To be discussed after an interview.

Duration: Undetermined period, with 3 months probation period.

Working hours: Up to 40h/week.

Working schedule: During office hours: 09:00 – 18:00

Location: HCMC, Vietnam (Hybrid)
