CAMPAIGN MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Campaign Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Campaign department, you will play a pivotal role in building our brand's online presence and implementing impactful marketing plans tailored to meet client objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience.
• Content Creation: Generate engaging and relevant content across social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram,...) that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and drives engagement.
• Community Management: Actively engage with our followers, respond promptly to queries, and foster a positive and supportive online community.
• Influencer Partnerships: Collaborate with influential parenting and lifestyle experts to create engaging content and expand our brand's reach. Provide support in ideation, scriptwriting, and production coordination.
• Event Support: Support the relevant events, from planning to execution.
• Campaign Execution: Oversee and execute campaigns for clients from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with KPIs and delivering detailed campaign reports. 
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze key social media metrics to measure performance, identify trends, and inform data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Executive or a similar role in marketing or communications.
• Prior experience in FMCG/Mom and Baby Care/Fashion and Beauty is preferred.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with a strong ability to create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice.
• Strong skills in campaign management and time management are essential.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools and reporting.
• Proven experience in successful influencer partnerships and collaborations.
• English communication skills are required.
• Basic design and video editing skills are a plus.
