About the Job

As a Business Analyst at Timo, Vietnam's first digital bank, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping digital banking innovations. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and designers. Dive deep into financial products, their business cases & value propositions, translate business requirements into impactful features, and work hand-in-hand with business & technical teams to empower our digital banking services.

Responsibilities:

1. Clarifying Requests:

• Receive requests from business stakeholders or sponsors.
• Analyze business cases, impact, and resource requirements.
• Ensure alignment with the right solution.

2. Defining BRDs:

• Clearly define business cases, requirements, and success factors.
• Prepare for the design, development, and launch of product features.

3. Refining BRDs:

• Collaborate with designers and engineers.
• Break down BRDs into smaller components.
• Update as new insights or constraints arise.

4. Revisiting and Revising:

• Collaborate on launching and operational preparation.
• Follow up post-launch, collecting insights and adoption rates
• Review request for adjustment & improvement from business stakeholders or sponsors.

1. Business Analyst / Product Owner Experience:

• Proven track record in fintech or digital banking.
• Ability to research, analyze, and define business requirements with clear business case, solution & success factor.

2. Research Skills:

• Familiarity with fintech, banking, and financial products.
• Comfortable discussing both business aspects and technical details.

3. Empathy and Collaboration:

• Understand diverse perspectives.
• Translate insights into meaningful requirements.
• Navigate collaboration across business & technical teams.

4. Collaboration Skills:

• Work effectively with business stakeholders, engineers, and designers.
• Bridge the gap between ideas and execution.
