Job Description:

• Research, evaluate and develop data-based trading algorithms.
• Analyze market data & build predictive models, evaluate the market to make trading decisions.
• Establish principles for evaluating, monitoring and controlling models based on key metrics.
• Support research/development of available trading algorithms.
• Apply AI, ML to collect and analyze data to optimize formulas, system logic and company products.

Job requirements

• Know English at level B1 or higher, have the ability to research documents in English.
• Knowing how to use AI for deep research and alpha research.
• Knowing how to use quantitative analysis tools is a big advantage:
• Have expertise in building trading systems/algorithms on at least 1 of the following 5 strategies (including but not limited to): flash alpha (high-frequency), delta-neutral/hedging, arbitrage, volume crawl, AMM.
• Have an understanding of the following concepts is an advantage: on-chain analysis, volume profile, order flow, heat-map, bookmap, market imbalance, funding trade, hedging, option, spoofing, factor trading, market correlation, technical analysis, alpha.
• Have a mathematical background and know how to use mathematical tools, especially statistical probability (Bayesian, Markov, Kelly, Kernel, Baum-welch..v...v..).
• Knowledge of risk management in portfolio management is an advantage
• Understand the full process from request setting, R&D, backtesting, execution to optimization.
• Be able to program in one of the languages ​such as python, golang, nodejs to basically test your own ideas.K
