Descriptions:

• Research, evaluate, and develop trading algorithms based on data.
• Analyze market data & build predictive models, assess the market, and thereby make trading decisions.
• Establish principles for evaluating, monitoring, and controlling models based on key metrics.
• Support the research/development of existing trading algorithms.
• Apply AI and ML to collect and analyze data, thereby optimizing system formulas, logic, and the company’s products.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English at B1 level or higher, with the ability to research documents in English.
• Knowledge of quantitative analysis tools is a significant advantage.
• Expertise in developing trading systems/algorithms for at least one of the following five strategies (including but not limited to): flash alpha (high-frequency), delta-neutral/hedging, arbitrage, volume crawl, AMM.
• Understanding of the following concepts is an advantage: on-chain analysis, volume profile, order flow, heat-map, bookmap, market imbalance, funding trade, hedging, options, spoofing, factor trading, market correlation, technical analysis, alpha.
• Strong mathematical foundation and proficiency in mathematical tools, particularly in probability and statistics (e.g., Bayesian, Markov, Kelly, Kernel, Baum-Welch, etc.).
• Knowledge of risk management in portfolio management is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the full process from requirement specification, R&D, backtesting, execution, to optimization.
• Basic programming skills in at least one language such as Python, GoLang, or Node.js to independently test personal ideas.
• Knowledge and experience in researching the DeFi space is an advantage.
• Passion for trading and market research.

Salary: Negotiable
