- Welcome guest, make tea/coffee, arrange meeting
- Order stationery, make notarize papers.
- Arrange car, taxi, air plane, train…
- Book hotel room for guests, rent house/ apartment for expatriate, deal with apartment issues: pay water, internet, parking, management fee….
- Control stamps, office equipment, uniform, sim card for telephone…
- Send/ receive mails, letter…
- In charge of event: monthly birthday party, quarterly party….
- Make payment request, Book payment request on Cloudia (willl be trained)
- Perform other jobs as assigned by the superiors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Fresh graduated or undergraduated are accepted
- No experience required; however, candidates with working experience are preferred.
- Hardworking
- Speaking English or Japanesse is prefered but not compusory
- Can use computers (word, excel, powerpoint, mail)
* Benefits:
- Working place: VNCC Building, 243 De La Thanh, Dong Da, Ha Noi
- Salary: upto 5.000.000 VND (included compusory SHUI and PIT).
- Working time: 8h00 -17h00 (Mon-Fri), 8h00 -17h00 on 02 Saturdays /month.
- Get intern confirmation letter after finishing internship (on request)
- Intern period: From Sept 11th 2023 to October 10th 2023.
- Will be considered to be official staffs after intern period if the position is vacant.
