We are currently seeking an experience Senior Sales Admin Executive to support our Operations Team.
The Senior Sales Admin Executive position reports to the Operations Manager. As the Senior Sales Admin Executive, you will oversee and implement the sales administrative procedure and establish work priorities and provide support to the sales and operations teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare, submit and follow up tender dossiers
• Research, analyze tender information as directed;
• Stay updated on new regulations and update to sales team and relevant departments.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contract (purchasing, selling and others).
• Provide sales admin support, including quotations, handover minutes, official letter and relevant sales document preparation; other administrative tasks
• Manage and maintain tender, contract, quotation records;
• Develop and maintain well organized filing system (hard copy, soft copy) that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information;
• Communicate timely and correctly with internal and external parties including regional offices among Transmedic Group; dealers, partners and hospitals;
• Manage and train team member
• Other tasks as required from leader.• Bachelor Degree
• At least 3-5 years experience in relevant position.
• Experience and knowledge of medical devices industry will be an advantage.
• A dynamic professional with relevant experience in Tendering & Contract Management.
• Good skill for MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SAP knowledge
• Good command of spoken and written English. It is a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as in team
• Pleasant, positive, meticulous and independent worker who is able to multi-task
• Able to handle administrative duties with good document organization skills
