We are looking for an Admin and HR Assistant (Intern) as part of Corporate – Human Resources Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and support new joiners
• Monitor and manage the pantry and office supplies
• Prepare materials for meetings, events, and travel arrangements
• Organize company events and activities to promote a positive work environment
• Handle administrative tasks including purchasing, office maintenance, pantry supplies, stationery, business trip preparations
• Prepare and submit expense claims
• Process payments for vendors
• Complete assigned administrative tasks from HR & Office Manager
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant qualifications
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong problem-solving skills, strong communication, interpersonal, and research skills
• High sense of responsibility
• Customer support-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
• Well-organized with can-do attitude
• Strong emotional control skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with global workforce (preferred)
