Mô Tả Công Việc
Working place: Hanoi, Hai Phong
Working Regime: 8:00 ~17:30 daily; Day-off: 2 Saturdays; 4 Sundays; and public holidays.
• Make research and gather information about Vietnamese laws, regulations, market outlook and new projects regarding the infrastructure industry (especially steel bridge projects) in Vietnam
• Possess in-depth knowledge about the company’s capability and be able to make effective sales/marketing activities
• Study bidding document to prepare and give technical presentations to explain to clients about issues in bridge design/construction, and the company’s solutions.
• Provide effective solutions which satisfies clients through collaboration with in-house technical engineers
• Establish/maintain relationships with clients/partners of projects which the company has an intention to work and understand their expectations and demands
• Act as a communicator between clients/partners and the company
• Take part in preparation of bidding documents such as project schedule, method statement, drawings, and calculation sheets etc.
• Organize documents for tenders/proposals to follow all processes from beginning to end by cooperating with all relevant departments of the company
• Escort company manager to negotiate and make contract with clients/partners
• Work overtime and go on short/long business trip, domestic or abroad

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Bridge Engineering/ Transport Construction Engineering or equivalent
• Reliable technical background
• Familiar with AutoCAD; Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project and other technical Software
• Having valid practicing certificates for design transport construction works is an advantage.
2. Skills:
• Business English (Japanese is welcome)
• Familiar with various kind of bridge construction contracts in Vietnam
• Presentation skills and ability to convey product value
• High-level organizational skills for maintaining sales
• Ability to build client relationships easily
• Analytical ability and great problem-solving skills
3. Experience:
• 03 years of sales/marketing experience within a similar industry
4. Personalities:
• High responsible, good working attitude
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Self-confidence to support persuasion and sales efforts
