Mô tả công việc
- Handle air freight, sea freight and inland transport orders with basic knowledge on all fields both inbound and outbound activities.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations and overseas agent correspondence and offering solutions.
- Working with vendor (trucking)/ carrier/co-loader/airline to get the best rate.
- Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in compliance with all internal and regulatory company’s requirements and customer’s standard operating procedure.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, enabling customers to enjoy the full benefits of our comprehensive range of products and services
- Provide comprehensive and professional services to customers, working to acquire, retain and develop relationships.
- Act as a main coordinator on daily operation with our customer and internal departments. Closely co-operate with MKT team to support the initiatives as and when necessary
- Other tasks will be decided by line manager
Yêu cầu công việc
- Above full-time university bachelor degree in Logistics field.
- 2 years of customer services experience in freight forwarding industry.
- Knowledge of handling air freight and sea freight shipments both, customs and inland transport is an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese/ Chinese speaking is preferable
- Having good Microsoft office skill.
- Knowledge about Incoterms and having work experience in Logistic/freight forwarding industry is a plus.
- Can work under pressure, hardworking and teamwork spirit.
- Strong responsibility, dedication, honest and credible.
- Sincerity and long-term development of the company
