Solicit requirements from clients through workshops, site surveys, and solution design. This may include integration with the systems of clients.
Lead a team of 2-5 engineers in design, development, testing, and deployment, coordinating tasks between the Middle East and Vietnam teams.
Collaborate with internal and external suppliers for system integration.
Define work breakdown for the team, for project tracking and reporting
Work with the Middle East project team for project management reporting
Familiar and experienced with IoT platform
Ensure configuration & change control process of the team
Release management including version control for integration coordination, Test, and Site Installation
Track/report change requests and faults/error management status.
Guide and mentor engineers to enhance team competency.Have a good working knowledge and/or experience in workflow/business processes definitions, as well as API, messaging, OPC, SCADA integrations
At least 7 years in system integration, technical design
Experience leading small teams in IT/OT system integration projects. Will be added advantage if experience include
Understand the concept of layered architectures, components, interfaces, messaging, and patterns
Familiar with software design and development, including DevSecOps processes and configuration/change processes in a large-scale system environment.
A good communicator, planner, documentation writer, and able to motivate the team
