III. JOB DUTIES
Duties & Tasks (List maximum 5 Duties) - Rate (Total 100%) - Frequency Required Outcome
To manage and promote business development activities (including signing sales contracts and managing sales volumes)
- Approach potential clients through agreed channels
- Support Business Development Executive and Marketing Coordinator throughout negotiation and onboarding process
- Negotiate & close contracts with clients
Daily - Achieving sales target and desired NPS score
To develop and maintain key accounts
- Develop & execute key account plans based on client strategy
- Conduct upselling and solution selling activities
- Address client concerns
Daily - Achieving respective KPIs, Good track record for key accounts
To support and advise the clients on system usabilities and system improvements
- Participate in designing and describing workflows, functionalities and inter-department processes
- Conduct induction for new clients on system usabilities
- Support System Coordinator to communicate with clients
Daily - Inputs for system improvement to be more client-friendly, Minimised time for clients to get used to the system
To conduct day to day management of the Business Development team
- Take care of individual KPI and competencies’ targeting and performance tracking quarterly and annually
- Update the individual JDs
- Task/client delegation to the relevant resources in the team
- Decide onon on critical changes in workflow (internal and external) On request
- Accurate and on-time report
- Clear responsibility and target individuals
Smooth collaboration/ synergy between members and other teams
To implement marketing, communication & branding activities
- Work on marketing plan (including marketing campaigns)
- Market and promote the corporate identities to internal and external customers
- Supervise the production of marketing and/or communication materials On request - Well developed & executed marketing plan. Qualified materials
To perform other supporting tasks
- Prepare contracts and other admin tasks to support business development activities
- Liaisese with related departments for planning resources & operations
- Support Finance in chasing & collect overdue payments
And other related tasks as assigned or deemed necessary to ensure the job purpose is achieved.
