In modern society, it is easily observable that the income gap between famous public figures and government officials is widening, as the former is enjoying significantly more economic benefits. This essay is an attempt to shed light on the causes of this phenomenon and to argue that it is an adverse development.
There are several rationales behind this income disparity . Firstly, thanks to the substantial growth of the entertainment industry and its global appeal, famous stars can earn a huge profit from their presence or stage performances. To illustrate, celebrated singers are likely to benefit greatly from large music shows, which usually generate enormous revenue from various sources such as ticket prices or sponsorships. Another reason for celebrities’ higher earnings is that they often capitalize on their personal brand value to endorse a wide range of products and services, resulting in lucrative deals and contracts . This is opposed to most politicians who are subject to certain ethical and legal constraints that forbid them to profit excessively from their positions.
Considering the impacts of celebrities’ superior earnings to those of political figures, I argue that this trend would have detrimental consequences to society. The first justification for my belief is that it could form a false perception of the importance of national governance and policy-making among citizens. This improper thinking may further lead them to underestimate the role of governors or even disregard their directives and regulations. Additionally, low political salaries compared to celebrity earnings might discourage talented individuals from entering politics and professionals from retaining their occupation. As a result, a shortage of qualified national leaders may occur, potentially undermining the governmental as well as legislative systems.
In conclusion, the unequal income distribution in question can be attributed to the development of the entertainment industry and celebrities’ mass coverage. Regarding this phenomenon, I believe that it is negative due to the harmful effects on public perception of politics and the search for a politically capable workforce.

For instance, in the period of COVID, an enormous number of influencers was born. Kids and teenagers started to download TikTok or Instagram, just to have fun. Moreover, a lot of them became the celebrities we know now, because they decided to turn their activity into work.
Another reason is that, their taxes help economy and can reduce poverty. Also, stars inspire some people to become like them and gain bigger money. For example, Emma Chamberlain is an american social media personality, model and business woman began her career as a Youtuber, when she was only 16, by uploading videos about her usual life on the earlier mentioned platform. Now, she owns a coffee shop and a podcast, which is my personal favourite one, Emma also interviewed people on a few Met Gala's and her estimated net worth is 3 million dollars. For me, she is a person you should look up to.
In the conclusion, if celebrities are getting a higher wage, than politicians, it is such a delight. Due to it creates a completely new opportunities and at the same time inspire folks to be better.

I am of the opinion that it is a positive development because people often get threatened by their online income rather than politics.

In addition, famous are able to obtain income in several approaches. For example, famous people receive a large amount of money from a single advertisement or representing a company.
However, I personally believe that the situation in which celebrities earn more money than politicians is negative, as high wages are one of the methods to encourage individuals to work for the public. Therefore, if the government does not solve this issue, politicians could go for illegal ways to gain more wealth such as money laundering.
as far as I am concerned, in terms of the development of the countries, the governments should pay higher salaries to individuals who work in politics filled decrease the rate of resignation of present politicians.

Obviously, this can not be an acceptable sign for any country in which this group of people are infamous and people lose their trust in them as they need to defend and run the government for better purposes and compete with the world.
In conclusion, publicity should accompany politicians at least as much as other well-known people in public opinion and if it is otherwise something fundamental needs to be done in order to eliminate this approach and bring back their authenticity to them.
In current days, society is highlighting that celebrities make more profit from their job rather than politicians. In my opinion, I tend to say that this condition is a truly good movement and in this essay, I will elaborate my ideas.

Moreover, they decided to continue their activity as a career. Because by just posting a video, they can make money.
Secondly, if the folks of a country have a huge income, it will be good for the country itself. It will reduce poverty, and be useful to advance the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). In addition, the development of celebrities, singers, as well as influencers can inspire a lot of people to have the same job as them in order to get a high salary. For instance, a 14-year-old girl from the countryside of Indonesia started her singing career by making cover videos on YouTube, she said she was inspired by Niki Zefanya, who began her international career in the United States by uploading videos on YouTube.
To sum up, celebrities getting high income especially if they can get higher pay than politicians is such a great development. The impacts are wide, for the community, this can create new job opportunities, and inspire others, as well as for the nation itself, it can reduce poor conditions among people.
