Job Summary

A well-known International Institution in Vietnam is looking for Senior Admission Officer based in Hanoi to deliver exceptional and proactive support to recruitment of new students for English, Higher Education, and Post Graduate programs at the university.

Job Responsibilities

Recruitment Promotion

• Promote various programs (pre-university English, foundation, undergraduate, postgraduate, IELTS preparation).
• Achieve recruitment targets by generating and converting high-quality leads into applicants and enrollments.
• Ensure a high conversion rate from inquiries to applications and enrollments.
• Provide customer care to support and retain applications.
  
  

Account Development

• Develop and manage existing and new recruitment channels and personal accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents and recommenders.
  
  

Market Exploration

• Identify and access new potential markets.
• Develop and manage commission schemes for agents and recommenders.
  
  

Training And Networking

• Organize training for agents and recommenders to update them.
• Develop recruitment sources through personal networks and sectors like insurance, real estate, etc.
  
  

Database Management

• Work with data management and internal audit teams to ensure sales database is comprehensive and analyzable.
• Implement strategies based on sales database insights.
  
  

General Duties

• Provide high-quality customer care and service to prospects and stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic reports and participate in internal and public events.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
  
  

Experience Requirements

• At least two years of verified experience in a comparable role, preferably in a customer service or sales setting.
• Having connections to both domestic and foreign agents is ideal.
• Candidates with a background in both B2B and B2C sales are preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Computer literacy in MS office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  
  

Education requirements

Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline & preferably in Marketing or Business Management
