- Create PO in ERP for receipt, Co- ordinate with Logistics team to arrange shipment arrive at mill without any extra cost.
- Follow up the delivery schedule to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Work with suppliers to place orders after getting approval by management, based on weekly/monthly procurement plan.
- Arrange the LC issuance and handle other paper works related LC process.
- Follow up purchase orders and shipment arrival progress and solve related issues for customs clearance, deposit arrangement, free time, other arising local charge …
- Work with supplier on other relevant issues after shipment: container repairing charge and quality claim settlement…
- Follow up with QC department to inspect raw material’s quality.
- Perform other duties as requested by the superior.
- Contact suppliers to getContact suppliers to get the quotation and update trend pricing weekly the quotation and update trend pricing weekly.

- Proficient in office computer skills.
- English is fluently (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Education: University.
- Experience: 2- 3 years at the same position.
