Lead Generation & Qualification:

• Actively prospect for new leads through cold calling, emailing, networking, and attending industry events.
• Qualify leads based on BANT (budget, authority, need, timeline) criteria to ensure they are a good fit for Ly Gia Vien's products and services.

Opportunity Management:

• Convert qualified leads into opportunities by conducting needs analysis, creating tailored proposals, and negotiating terms.
• Collaborate with Business Development Manager to develop and execute sales strategies for specific opportunities.

Account Management:

• Manage existing accounts, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Proven 1-3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the F&B industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.

- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
