- To check, update and follow up on daily events.
- To check and update poster according to meal period.
- To check, advise and coordinate with station Captain on daily events and summary.
- To handle reservations and inquires.
- To greet and seat guest.
- To allocate table accordingly.
- To process thorough knowledge of menus and beverage list.
- Handles customer complaints if possible, or reports them to supervisors.
- Helps maintain standards of cleanliness by carrying out front and back of house cleaning duties as directed.
- To liaise duties and responsibilities with waiter/ waitress.
- To report lost and found items and guest incidents report to Supervisor
