Mô Tả Công Việc
• Responsible for developing, coordinating, training, and providing professional consultation and technical expertise associated with environmental, health, and occupational safety (EHS) matters.
• Works with internal and external stakeholders and related departments in the plant to provide a safe environment, environment and to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations relating to EHS.
• Assist the Company with identifying trends and recommend options to reduce the frequency and severity of issues related to EHS. Lead the development and maintenance of programs and work with department managers and others on developing and improving EHS programs.
• Responsible for ETP operations to ensure the quality of wastewater after treatment meets Vietnam standards and local government requirements.
• Manage 3 technicians, in charge of training and development of the ETP team. Implement improvement projects to optimize manpower and ETP operation expenses.
• Monitor and control budget for the EHS department
• Develop EHS procedures, work instructions, and SOP for all task assignments.

Education:
• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
Job Experience:
• 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of EHS.
Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of:
• Vietnam EHS legal requirement and EHS international standards with specific knowledge of Ansell standards.
• Safety and Environmental hazard identification methods.
• Learning Management Systems
• Testing, calibration, and certification of industrials and EHS field
• Wastewater treatment
• Financial control practices and procedures
Skills in:
• Developing, implementing, and training stakeholders on environmental, health, and occupational safety compliance programs.
• Preparing and maintaining records and electronic files
• Public speaking and training to a diverse audience
• Preparing reports
• Communicating and analyzing complex and detailed reports and information
• Handling multiple priorities simultaneously
• Utilizing computer technology used for communication, data gathering, and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and good in English
