Mô tả công việc

Ticket Box (80%):

Be responsible for process of ticket booking on system

  • Ensure the accuracy of channel/ unit/ policy of bookings
  • Input all required information on system (Tickets series, payment terms, applied policies…)
* Manage and ensure the accuracy of Ticket Box daily income
  • Ensure the accuracy of all amount collected from customers
  • Manage the cash flow of the counter
  • Ensure all the cashier related kits are ready for usage
*Conduct the related reports
  • Daily sales revenue report
  • Tracking Revenue file
  • Other ticket box reports or upon requested
* Support other channels for Ticket Booking and Ticket Delivery

* Manage/Support check-in counter for the Show Dates and control audience’s situation inside the auditorium

* Support activities related to the show at the Venue in the effort to maximize the happiness of customers and the branding of company’s products


Others (20%):

* Support Ticketing Agents in sales process when possible: Approach guests and introduce the shows

* Support OPD on show dates when possible: Be responsible for the operations during show time in the effort to ensure audiences to have good experience during the time at the venue on show dates while respecting theater and the show’s regulations:

  • Set-up before show – branding & cleanliness
  • Filter, assist audience to get line
  • Ticket control
  • Giving common instructions to audiences
  • Escort audiences to their seats (if any)
  • Control Theatre’s policy

Yêu cầu công việc

  • College/ University in related majors: Accounting, Hospitality, Language, BA…
  • Be able to gather and analyze data effectively
  • Good at Communication/ negotiation and convincing skills
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Administrative skills and ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Having friendly and professional attitude
  • Abilities to perform and complete tasks under high pressure
