- Control the preparation of financial statements of the assigned clients according to accounting standard applicable for Hong Kong and Singapore companies (substantially aligned with IFRS standards), ensure that the target progress is achieved and all the filing timeline met.
- Control the quality of accounting and financial statements for clients in above mentioned jurisdiction.
- Provide instructions, guidance on accounting for complex and influential transactions.
- Support in the process of the compliance with the legal obligations in AML/CTF regulations.
- Actively involved and provide support to build and organize consulting process, workflow software.
- Handle customer's enquiries via online chat system and email in providing relevant resolution if necessary.
- Liaise between independent auditors and client's questions on all annual audit matter & reports.
- Support recruitment, search and selection of suitable personnel.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.- Experience in coaching, mentoring, evaluating and training team members.
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in relevant positions
- Fluent in English.
- Have knowledge of IFRS, Xero is an advantage.
- Be well-organized, detail-oriented, patient, enthusiastic.
- Ability to absorb complex information, identify problems as they arise and understand when these need to be escalated.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
- Be able to handle work/time pressure in dealing multi-tasks, with "can do" and good attitude for people interaction & communication skills.
- Logical thinking, agile, high commitment, perseverance.Salary review: 2 times/year + 13th month salary.
