1. Production Management
- Daily Tracking of the production KPIs [ Analyze production, maintenance, and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions (for example changes to procedures, workflow, or equipment) that will improve performance, quality, costs, compliance, and safety.]
- Base on analysis, make the proposal and improvement actions in order to redure or prevent downtime with 6 sigma approach.
- Upon approved from manager production then lead for implementation of improvement actions according to plan to improve the quality and reduce the machine downtime.
- To drive and lead for improvement of KPIs, OEE, SMED, Hard saving project with 6 sigma approach.
- Drive and Lead for quality improvement (Root cause analysis/ action plan..) following DIR or A3 or CAPA
+ Regular meeting with planning to manage the production and inform to manager or related process (validation) to ensure production operation smoothly.
+ Regular Meeting with Validation team to follow up the action plans and give the requirement from production to meet the production demand.
+ Regular meeting with lead-technician maintenance and validation execution to follow up the maintenance task with improvement action plans and to meet the maintenance management KPIs

2. Team Management
- Manage attendance of Maintenance Engineer, Lead-technician and Operator
- Update and communication inform from Manager or Company to all staffs
- Frequent communicate with team to sharing on:
+ Good practice
+ Production demand and maintenance plan for incoming month
+ Improvement area (weakness point) with details action plan
+ Update news to team
- Training to Technician, Supervisor, Line leader and Operator regards to any new/ revised SOP/FMDS documents.
- Create PDR - Qualification Matrix and development plan for PM Engineer, lead technicians and set KPI as well.

3. Maintenance management
- Maintenance Planning and Preventive Maintenance Checklist review and update
- Training for Engineer, Lead technician and operator for execution of PM method
- Review and verify for maintenance record/ checklist and Maintenance order
- KPI setting for maintenance activities
- Plan for setup / overhaul equipments and yearly global maintenance and external supplier PM

4. Project Management (Compliance Project)
- Lead and manage Global/Local change control, implement Global change control such as machines improvement, raw material change or alternative material.
- Manage the implementation of improvement activities. Develop and lead action plans to improve the 5S/GMP/EHS at production area.

5. Others task & Reporting and documentation
- Monthly update related Production KPIs on Shibumi and section BSC (included root cause and action plan if any KPIs off track)
- Representation of the process in internal and external audits and committees.
- Create new or revise SOP and Work instruction for current production and new product/ project coming and train the production team.
- Other tasks are listed is not exhaustive and shall include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
