1. Documentation Control
Be responsible for the documentation management system of B. Braun Viet Nam in compliance with requirements of standards, divisional requirements, and other requirements:
• Uploading, maintaining, filing, archiving, distribution, and retrieval of B. Braun internal and external documentation.
• Perform periodical document review, update document changes of Division for harmonization.
• Review and revise documents related to documentation management system if required.
2. Customer Complaint Handling
Be responsible for a customer complaint coordinator of B. Braun Viet Nam in compliance with requirements of standards, divisional requirements, and other requirements:
• Receive, register, and handle all product complaints of trading goods and products manufactured and marketed in Viet Nam via SAP system and ensure complaint is fully answered from time of receipt to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Receive and control investigation process of exported products in SAP to receive a satisfactory conclusion and to meet response time.
• Review and revise documents related to customer complaint handling system if required.
3. Other tasks:
• Be responsible for Subject Matter Expert (SME) of SAP DED system, Bdocs/IMS system, GDP, GMP: conduct the training or the re-fresh training, improve the system, etc.
• Coordinate with other departments and complete registration documentation if required.
• Other tasks defined by manager: prepare the weekly report, monthly report, quarterly report, annual report of customer complaint handling; prepare master list of documents, IMS monthly update.
