Mô Tả Công Việc
• Assisting Regional Sales Manager - North GT in controlling, researching and developing the
business Horeca channel in North.
• Completing the target of Sales and Distribution in the assigned area
• Providing proactive support in building Company's image
• Making proposals, implementing and following up the Sales plans, promotion campaigns and
marketing plans
• Building up and supervising the Sales force
• Setting up, developing and maintaining the distribution system
• Implementing the Sales report system
• Collecting and updating market trends and competitors’ information
• Other projects/ assignment as advised by Regional Sales Manager - North GT from time to
time

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Graduated from university with a major in Business Administration, Economics, or Trade.
• Experience in managing Horeca sales channels.
• At least 5 years of related experience at a supervisory or management level in FMCG
companies with foreign/investment multinational (experience in the dairy or food industry
is an advantage).
• Proven good knowledge of the market, sales management, and distribution.
• Ability to work under pressure and willing to travel frequently.
• Analytical skills, planning and negotiation skills.
• Coaching and leadership skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and highly self-motivated.
• Proficient in office computer skills.
• Ability to use English in work and experience with School/Industrial channels is an
advantage.
• Experience in managing Horeca sales channels.
