Responsibilities

• Conduct assembly, inspection, and test quality process audit to meet ISO 9001/QSA requirements.
• Conduct audit on IQC, IPQC, PLV and CSA processes.
• Review all documentation of Anchor plots, Limit Samples, Targets and Waivers.
• Publish weekly factory move quality reports (e.g. key milestones).
• Drive root cause resolution and validate Quality Improvement plan effectiveness.
• Conduct Quality/Reliability Competency Assessment for engineers, inspectors and testers.
• Provide tactical leadership to drive Quality escalations to resolutions promptly.
• Implement reliability test knowledge (Dynamic, Climatic and DET life) in qualification.
• Conduct failure analysis to identify potential risk to the test samples
• Submit qualification test result summary after each qualification.
• Develop training and competency plan to ensure test operators follow test instruction.
• Collaborate with the cross functional team to understand qualification request and identify root cause when issue arises.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Having min. 2 years experiences in Quality Assurance or Reliability Engineering.
• Having knowledge of ISO 9001/QSA standards and auditing manufacturing processes (IQC, IPQC, PLV, CSA).
• Experience in reliability testing (dynamic, climatic, DET) and failure analysis.
• Proficient in qualification testing, conduct root cause analysis and develop quality improvement plans.
• Skilled in review and manage quality documentation (anchor plots, targets, waivers).
