Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
Design, develop, and execute automation s using Postman to validate the functionality and performance.
Lead and mentor a team of 5 or more automation engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
Foster a collaborative team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Utilize automation testing frameworks, tools, and best practices to drive team efficiency and productivity.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in automation testing technologies and methodologies.

Candidate Must Have:
Experience:
Proven experience in automation testing using Playwright or Selenium with JavaScript.
Strong experience in writing automation API
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools, Bonus: GIT, GitLab
Have a strong understanding of Non-Functional and Security testing.
Experience with, Accessibility, SEO concepts.
Have strong organizational skills and enjoy a dynamic and agile environment.
Skills:
Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications in performance testing tools or methodologies (optional).
