Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Accounting Officer to join our wholesale bakery team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling accounting tasks related to sales invoicing, customer receivables, banking transactions, tax declaration, and document filing. Support monthly inventory checks and provide accurate and timely reports to ensure compliance with internal procedures and tax obligations.
Key Responsibilities
• AR
- Enter daily sales order information into accounting software
- Issue VAT e-invoices on MISA
- Track and reconcile monthly AR with customers and suppliers
- Collection of debts from customers
- Prepare daily sales reports
• Tax Declaration
- Prepare and file VAT & CIT declarations quarterly
- Provide supporting documents for tax finalization/audit
- Handle basic inquiries from tax authorities
• Banking
- Prepare and follow up bank payments
- Prepare payment request documents for your division
- Reconcile daily bank balances
- Prepare daily cash reports
• Other assigments
- Monthly inventory checks of finished goods
- Inventory of assets monthly, quarterly and annually
- File and manage accounting documents
- Participate in the development of the necessary work processes
Assist with other accounting duties as assignedQualifications
• College or university degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience in accounting and basic tax reporting
• Proficient in Excel (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot)
• Preferably experienced with MISA software
• Careful, responsible, and organized
• Good at communication with all levels of customers' staff, including management level
• Patience to be able to stay calm in intense and stressful situations
• Ability to do multitasks to communicate with multiple customers at one time
