The Project Engineer is responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines of ongoing projects and will establish inspection criteria for the proper implementation of all the elements of a project. Also need to update the progress of the project regularly the upper management.

In charge of planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting the project with the use of various project management methodologies, Sometimes, they may even be required to pitch the idea of the project and lead it until its fruition.

1. Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
2. Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.
3. Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
4. Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
5. Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
6. Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
7. Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
8. Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
9. Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
10. Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications
11. Other adhoc assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Engineering, or related disciplines).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the furniture industry.
• Strong knowledge of furniture design principles, construction techniques, industry standards, and product development processes.
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of furniture-related projects.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) is a plus.
