• Out of Box Quality (OBQ) Audits: Conduct daily OBQ audits based on shipment schedules and quality metrics, ensuring oversight of audit quality and quantity.

• Quality Improvement Projects: Manage open and closed QIS/QIE projects to address and resolve quality-related defects.

• QC Management: Oversee daily QC schedules and performance, providing guidance and training to meet quality expectations.

• Quality Reports Review: Utilize quality system reports to identify areas for performance improvement in products and personnel.

• QC Training: Enhance QC skills by offering training on best practices, quality systems, and corrective action implementation.

• Pilot Run Inspection: Participate in product launch processes, reviewing defects and ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards.

• First Shipment Inspection: Lead inspections to ensure products meet Ashley Furniture's construction and design standards prior to mass production.

• Finish Panel Audit: Review QC entries daily and provide guidance as needed.

• Vendor Quality Management: Conduct quality evaluations at factories, using various data sources to lead improvement efforts and ensure compliance with Ashley standards.

• Additional Tasks: Complete other assignments as directed by management.
